+Purpose: зафиксировать проверяемое обновление Codex project memory по проделанной работе `iqon.com`.

+
+Сергей попросил посмотреть, проверить и добавить в память сведения о проделанной работе по `iqon.com`: PHP 8 fixes, дизайн-аудит, архив БД, нерешённые риски и расположение старой Claude AUTO памяти. В рамках задачи нельзя переносить credential values из старых файлов памяти или backup-документов.
